Childhood immunisations are required at 6 weeks, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 4 years old. The full schedule, covering what immunisations are due and when, is available from our practice. To ensure immunisation appointments are allocated correctly, including availability of the treatment room, please inform our reception team when making your appointment.
